The SMEMPS Board of Directors holds regular public meetings four times a year. Meetings are open to the public, and agendas are posted in advance in accordance with the Ralph M. Brown Act.
Regular meeting schedule: the third Tuesday of February, May, June, and November at 1:00 p.m.

The meeting at which the Board adopts its final budget is noticed two weeks in advance by public notice in the Marin Independent Journal and posted at the participating jurisdictions.
