Meetings
The SMEMPS Board of Directors holds regular public meetings four times a year. Meetings are open to the public, and agendas are posted in advance of regular, special and emergency meetings in accordance with the Ralph M. Brown Act.
Regular meeting schedule: the third Tuesday of February, May, June, and November at 1:00PM, unless otherwise noticed

Meeting locations and any changes are posted on each meeting agenda. Special or emergency meetings may be called in accordance with the Brown Act.
The meeting at which the Board adopts its final budget is noticed two weeks in advance by public notice in the Marin Independent Journal and posted at the participating jurisdictions.
