If you need to request a financial harship/compassionate care waiver or assistance for ambulance transport billing or patience care records, patients can call Wittman's Patient Financial Services Department at 1-800-906-6552 for assistance on retrieving your own records  or to request a financial hardship or compassionate care reduction or a payment plan. A HIPAA release form will be requested.
